1.1. These Terms of Service (the "Terms" / "Public Offer") govern your access to and use of the stalzone.wiki website (the "Site") and the purchase of Premium subscriptions.
1.2. The Site is owned and operated by Individual Entrepreneur MYKHAILO NIMCHENKO (the "Administration" / "Service Provider").
1.3. By accessing the Site or purchasing a Premium subscription, the User unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy in full.
2.1. The Site provides game databases, interactive maps, calculators, and related gaming tools.
2.2. Premium Subscription provides the User with access to enhanced digital features of the Site (including, but not limited to, advanced analytics, profile customization, and an ad-free browsing experience) for a selected billing cycle.
2.3. Premium subscription access is provided exclusively in electronic (digital) format. No physical goods are delivered.
3.1. Subscription pricing and available billing plans are published on the checkout page of the Site.
3.2. Payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways (including IntellectMoney) using bank cards, instant payment systems, and other available electronic payment methods.
3.3. The Premium subscription is activated in the User's account automatically in real time upon confirmation of a successful transaction by the payment gateway. The service is considered fully delivered at the moment of activation.
3.4. The Administration of the Site does not collect or store the User's payment card details. All transactions are conducted on secure payment provider pages compliant with the PCI DSS security standard.
4.1. Premium subscriptions on the Site operate exclusively on an auto-renewing basis (recurring billing). By subscribing on the Site and completing the initial payment, the User explicitly authorizes recurring automatic charges to the linked payment method in the amount of the selected plan at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, annually depending on the selected plan) until the subscription is cancelled by the User.
4.2. Charges for the next billing cycle occur automatically on the date of expiration of the current paid period.
4.3. Cancelling Auto-Renewal: The User may cancel future auto-renewals at any time without fees or penalties:
