One of the Rise fighters, doing some side work gathering reagents for the science wing, took a bad spill and splashed part of the chemicals onto his armor. And of course, he didnt bother cleaning it. Azor, one of Rises masters, was quite surprised when the fighter brought him a scorched Hounds. But no one was more surprised than the Rise member himself when the camouflage exoarmor burst into every color of the rainbow as soon as he tried to light a hand-rolled cigarette. Still, none of the armors critical components were damaged, so the clumsy fighter decided to leave it as it was, just wiping off some of the soot.
